I will here address the Urian Standard for Ministers/Reverends and for Priesthood.
REVERENDS:
This is a category for believers who teach and preach, but we would that you not do such things, unless you meet the standards hereafter listed, or you will just ultimately hurt and dilute the cause... The cause is not about numbers, right now, as I have come to believe humanity has collectively chosen the path of destruction, descent into shadows, and that the spike protein agenda has moved that ball down the road toward shadows.
READ THE BOOK: If you don't read the entire book, study the entire book, know it as well as a Christian knows the Bible or a Muslim knows the Quran, then don't try to preach or teach Urianism to other people... you will only introduce confusion and contradiction and heresy and apostasy.
BELIEVE THE TEACHINGS: If you don't agree with the teachings, don't even know the teachings, believe in some parts and not others, accept some moral precepts, but not others -- don't preach or teach it... you are not Urian... you may be an ally of Urianism, but you are not a Urian. If you are not passionate about Urianism, you cannot face those who are well-versed and passionate in their own beliefs, they will just try to verbally and spiritually beat you into submission with their fanaticism. I hate to say it, but it kind of takes a fanatic to withstand a fanatic... when I say fanatic, I mean a hardcore ideological supporter of the teachings and agenda -- every ideology and agenda has their champions (aka fanatics)... it is a battle for the future of humanity, a war for souls.
KNOW THE TEACHINGS: Yeah, this is just number 1 repeated -- but to read it is not the same as knowing it, studying it, knowing the entire subject of it. Moreover, there is a clear curriculum in the book, and if you don't know that curriculum, you've not read the book.
DO THE TEACHINGS: How the heck can you go out there and teach and preach something you don't even really live? If you are not doing the daily devotions, you're not yet even a Urian. If you are not working the teachings, climbing that ladder, you are still locked into reincarnation... get your house in order first! Don't go forth thinking you are all that, when you can't even get on your knees before God and pray, worship, meditate, read and study, don't even try and fellowship on line or at all with anyone in the faith or who is a monotheist. Indeed, if you are eating pork, you're not a Urian -- see Isaiah 66 applied to and referencing the end days, thus not nullified by Jesus or anything else.
THE SOURCE: Know the sources -- Abrahamic religion, the Noahide Laws ... If you are going to go out there and preach at people, try to sway them, know their teachings, get inside their story, and contemplate meditate on our views in relation to theirs, where we agree and where we don't. Read the Bible (New International recommended), read the Quran, study the history of monotheism. In Christianity, for instance, the argument is Jesus versus the Devil, but in Judaism and Islam it has always been about One God versus many gods, the Supreme Being versus pretender gods, false gods, idolatry, the powers and princes, invisible rulers of the nations... the world versus the kingdom. Urianism actually recognizes three polarities, not two -- divine, natural, and infernal.
POLITICS: Get your side strait -- know whose team you're on, your natural allies... No they won't like us, they may not want our help, they won't agree with us or us with them on every point -- but those forces and factions that are against what we're against and that are for what we are for, these are our allies. In very clear terms, the Wokist Agenda is the Anti-Christ Agenda (ESG/DEI/WEF/UN/etc) -- anarcho-tyranny... Yet, UNDERSTAND, our teachings offend both extremes, and most in the middle, our overall political-social views are rather unique... and, frankly, Theocratic and Mystical. If you support the Spirit of Lawlessness, the Woke Cult, don't call yourself a Urian.
OUR WORLDVIEW: We have many points in common with the other monotheistic religions, but most are now selling out to The Agenda, many churches of this or that, have bent the knee to the Spirit of Lawlessness. Our teachings encompass religion, spirituality, metaphysics, mysticism, the paranormal, psychology, and even sociology, science, as one subject... The Great Mystery of God. We don't care if other monotheisms dislike our approach! Stop apologizing or fearing whether they approve or not -- they're betting on their thing, we are betting on ours. Get your head into it -- we study a lot of things, as a way to better understand OUR OWN THING... we study, for instance, Jungian psychology, because it helps with the work of integration (know thyself) but we are not Jungians, it is not our religion, no more than Kabbalah or Judaism, or whatever, is our religion. We are Urian -- Urianism is a religion, a mystical and spiritual path, but it is also a socio-political viewpoint.
GOOD & EVIL: God is beyond our notions of good and evil -- as Jesus himself said, "Only God is good." God's notion of good is reflected in creation, but to understand God's mind/heart think, really really big picture -- eternity, the greater good of all things... working with spirits across vast amounts of time to bring them out of imprisonment and repetition, into the Nexus -- back to source and wholeness... whether to merge there with or become immortalized through... to be immortalized is to become an eternal son or daughter of the Infinite One, an agent of the Monadic (The One). Our first goal, in ourselves, is to know ourselves, the good, the bad, the natural, face these aspects, and integrate them into one wholeness of self-identity... own our shite! Take personal responsibility for your own stuff, reject what is not yours to own. We must first see our real nature, as we are, not as we want to be... know our true will and core love, core desires, and drives. This is the Pryzmean agenda and work, the point of it. Only in truth can we pass through the infinite and become anchors in the eternal. Good and evil, be pragmatic, be realistic, deal with the situation as it is, not as you would have it be... altruism is social self-destruction... collectivism reduces individuals to cogs and meaningless slaves.... it consumes, swallows us in anonymity and mediocrity... it is not a path of immortality, but of dilution and dissolution. Yet, this is no license for evil, our principles are established -- truth is the first step to improvement... but some of us can only hope that God's grace shall be made perfect in our weakness. NOTE: Our oddest teachings have always been about pragmaticism, necessity, not unrealistic idealisms.
Summary:
Don't claim to be a Urian preacher, teacher, or minister unless you ARE A URIAN and you are actually fit to be a Reverend.
PRIESTHOOD:
Everything above applies, but more than this, the book itself lays it out step by step. If you have to ask us what the qualifications and expectations are, you have not read the book, so you are not qualified. If you are not doing the devotions, climbing the ladder (the steps in the book), doing the training, accomplishing the educational requirements laid out clearly in the book, you are not a priest or priestess.
If you claim to be a clergy member, but do not meet the standards listed above, and the standards clearly presented in the teachings of The Ahyeh, you are lying, a heretic, an apostate, a false teacher, and indeed, even a threat to the faith itself, introducing confusions, divisions, chaos, abominations into our cause. Put your delusions of grandeur, your needs to be special NOW, without putting in the required work and effort, without even living the Way, aside... stop claiming what you have not earned.
"Converting People" is not a standard of priesthood. Our teaching is, firstly, about individuals seeking to break free of reincarnation, and that is not for most people.
If you have not trained, don't live the teachings, meet the standards, you are not a priest or a reverend, you're just a laymen whose making an effort to spread the word -- a basic believer or ally to the faith. It is not different in any other religious vocation or path, and indeed, I would say that the requirements of a real Christian minister is like seven years of college, and the standards of a Muslim cleric are pretty much a lifetime, or many years, of commitment and study, under the authority and guidance of legitimate clerical teachers. So stop trying to be what you're not prepared to be, until you are doing what is required to be that thing!
